Nursery Director, DSL
My name is Louisa. I have been working in childcare since 2012, and we opened Maisy Moo's in 2016. I wanted to provide a home-from-home setting where children feel they truly belong. I love watching them grow and seeing how much a small thing can mean so much to a child. I feel honoured to be able to create somewhere special for children to learn and develop.
Annabel
Nursery Director, SENCO, ENCO
My name is Annabel. I have been working in childcare since 2014 and joined my sister at Maisy Moo's in 2017. I love watching how children grow and develop over time, providing learning opportunities within a home-from-home environment. I am a very caring and supportive person and love showing this towards the children in my care.
Megan
Nursery Manager, Mental Health Lead, Baby Room Leader
Hi, I’m Megan! I’ve been working in nurseries since 2018 and joined the Maisy Moos Day Nursery team in September 2020. I absolutely love working with children—especially babies! It’s such a joy to see them grow, learn new things, and reach their milestones in a warm, caring, and encouraging environment. Watching their little personalities shine and develop each day is one of the best parts of my job.
Katherine
Deputy Manger, DSL
My name is Katherine. I have worked in nurseries since 2015 and started at Maisy Moos in April 2016.
I love seeing the children grow and learn new things. It’s amazing to watch their personalities develop as they get older. Having mostly worked in the baby room, it’s always been so special to see children reach their first milestones and celebrate those moments with their parents.
It’s also wonderful — and a little emotional — to see the older children getting ready for their next big adventure at school.

My name is Georgia. I have been working in childcare since 2017 and have been part of Maisy Moos since 2023. I enjoy creating close bonds with the parents and children, and I love watching each individual child grow and develop. I also enjoy getting messy with lots of fun activities!

Baby Room Practitioner
My name is Chelsea. I began working in childcare in 2023 and joined Maisy Moo's the same year. I love working with children because I enjoy making a difference in their lives, watching them grow, and filling each day with laughter and fun.

Preschool Room Leader
My name is Emily and I’ve been working in childcare since 2017 and joined Maisy Moos in 2019. I love working with children because I enjoy helping them learn and grow every day.

Baby Room Practitioner
My name is Sophie. I started working in childcare in July 2023 and began working at Maisy Moos at the same time as an apprentice. I enjoy working with children and seeing them grow and learn.

My name is Kathryn. I have been working in childcare since March 2014 and have been part of the Maisy Moos team since January 2024. I like making activities that are fun and engaging for the children to enjoy and love seeing them learn and develop through play.

My name is Hattie. I started my college placement at Maisy Moos in November 2025 and became an apprentice in March 2026.
I find being with children fun and rewarding, and I am passionate about making a positive impact on their lives.
Lucy
Baby Room Apprentice
My name is Lucy. I have been working in childcare since January 2025 and started working at Maisy Moos at the same time. I love working with children, helping them progress with their development and watching their little personalities grow. Caring for them brings me so much joy, and I couldn’t think of a more rewarding job!

My name is Angela. I have been working in the food industry since 1982 and started at Maisy Moos in 2025. I like working with children because it’s a real privilege to feed and care for little ones — they are so appreciative, polite, and happy.
